Does Structural Integration last?

YES! Photographs taken of clients, years after the Basic Ten Series show that changes are still present and structure often improved. Keep in mind however; as life changes, bodies change in response. Any injuries, accidents, lengthy illnesses, and emotional stress may necessitate additional work.

Typically the 10 session series is required only once in a life time (unless the person undergoes tremendous trauma that alters the body significantly).  After that a short series of three sessions is usually sufficient to advance or restore the Structural Integration as needed.

It is highly recommended to get the Structural foot session regularly (at least 2-4 times a year) as our feet work hard and are the keystone to proper structure in the body! Maintaining healthy feet opens the path to ever improving structure in the body!
